The pool, jacuzzi, and steam rooms were excellent. Friendly and helpful waiters/waitresses. Spacious rooms with powerful showers. Standard rooms are better and cheaper than beautiful.

The location of the hotel is ideal, nestled in a peaceful area next to a beautiful park and forest. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as a 40-inch LCD TV, mini bar, and a safe. the bathroom is comfortable and clean. the hotel offers a range of facilities including a pool, sauna, bar, restaurant, and a lovely terrace. the free internet has a strong signal, perfect for staying connected. the breakfast and dinner options are tasty and satisfying.

I have been there only for the night, but the room was excellent, very big, clean very confortable in everything except for the mattress.. Very confortable bathroom and also very clean..

I have been in the hotel only for one night.. being the bed a king size bed, it was not confortable to have two single mattress.. My girlfriend didint enjoy to sleep in my arms because one mattress was not enough for two persons and when she tried to be in my arms she got to be in the middle of the two mattress and the posistion was not confortable at all...

The rooms are huge. Very clean. Big heated pool and nice SPA facilities. friendly staff. Great value for money. We checked in at this hotel while visiting Sofia for the weekend and if you're traveling by car, in 10 minutes you're in the city center.

The breakfast was rather poor but not really something to complain about. Most probably it was like that when we visited the city which was during the Easter holiday and only 7-8 rooms in total were occupied at that time.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the friendly staff who greeted me with a warm smile. the spacious rooms were well kept, offering lovely views of the surrounding mountains. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. One of the best aspects was the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant, with a wide variety of local and international dishes.

There were a couple of negative aspects that need improvement. the internet connection was not reliable, making it difficult for me to stay connected with my loved ones.

No extra plugs in the room free to plug a device. The reception stuff was very rood when discussing between them out loud in the room. The parking area is difficult.

Around the hotel there are some building in progress. The access to the hotel is through a damaged road.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff available 24 hours a day. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning and a balcony. The in-room safe provided an added sense of security, and the television and telephone were modern and convenient. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a variety of delicious meals and drinks.

In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in search of a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel staff were amazing - we felt like every staff member was invested in making our stay as pleasant as possible. Our every need was met even before we had to ask, whether that was the housekeeping staff offering us a bed for our little boy at no extra charge, or the front desk asking if we would like breakfast packages to take with us when we had to leave early in the morning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool, jacuzzi, and steam rooms were excellent for relaxation. The hotel facilities were great, providing a powerful shower in the room. The staff, including some of the waiters and waitresses, were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and even the standard room, cheaper, seemed better than our beautiful double. it was a great experience.

Not one thing.

This is a very nice hotel, brand new, build at U.S. standards. The restaurant is excellent (I usually don't eat in hotel restaurants) and all the staff, no exception, is first notch, always looking to assist and accommodate. The hotel is in the southern part of the city, about a 10 min. Taxi ride from the center. It's quieter and cleaner than hotels in the city. They also provide airport pick-up for 12 euros, which worked out great; when you exit the customs, go to the right - that is usually where the drivers are waiting. I would definitely stay here again.

The drawback of its location is that you have to take a taxi to the center. It's very inexpensive, thought, about 5 euros each way. The front desk will tell you which taxi companies are ok for coming back - take a hotel business card with you since most taxi drivers don't speak english. I was impressed by the friendliness of most people whom I met in Sofia and Bulgaria.

very nice hotel, staff is very friendly.

restaurant, was very cold, food is very good for his price. but keep more time between the dishes because all the dishes came, almost at the same time and this give the impression you want to get rid of the, customer them very soon. and as customer you can't enoy your meal.
